That aside, man, today was such an emotional roller-coaster. I felt sick since the start of the morning and then there was all that stress build-up from Art, parents, lectures (because nothing got into my head, really, and it scared me because it was the first time this has happened in JC), and...something else, mainly my feelings. I ended up withdrawing from people again during dinner and all the way back to school, and when I finally got back to the art room, I dunno, things just sort of lost control I guess. Speaking of which, bless Ahmad for his astute intuition and empathetic awareness; he noticed when I was asking around the room for tape (probably with this air of dejection that I couldn't shake off), and then brought me out for a talk, a pretty long one too, at one of the round tables in the sculpture garden. It was the first time I cried before a friend. I have to admit, it felt kind of nice - strangely comforting and inexplicably heartwarming, because you know someone's there and ready to listen, and I really, really thank Ahmad a lot for that. I felt so much better after the talk.

Of course, I also thank Yuxuan (with a bit of guilt, ehheh) for being concerned and trying to reassure me quite a few times throughout our trip back to school, and also offering to help later on when I had to pack up in haste. That was nice of him. I can't help but feel like an asshole when I sort of...ignored him because I couldn't quite figure out how to handle the situation at that time. I should try to control myself better next time and not be a wet blanket and a nuisance to my friends. Mm.

Alright, very tired right now so I'm not gonna bother with trying to end this post properly. Uh yeah, I'm done. Gonna jump right into bed now.
